Shipping Policy

Team Moose at Mooscellaneous is small, but dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible.

SHIPPING POLICY

All paper prints, clothing, bags, and small originals are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. 

Originals over 24” are shipped directly to your door via our trusted couriers Pack-n-Send. Tracking information is provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

*During busy sale periods or holidays there may be delays in dispatching.

SHIPPING RATES

Free economy shipping applies to all prints and merchandise, excluding original artwork, that is over $60 USD. 

​

Original artwork over 24” will be shipped through a trusted courier; to assure it is handled with the utmost care, so it arrives to you safely and in its full glory. Prices can range from $100 - $300 pending size of shipment. 

Originals that are under 24” will be meticulously packaged and shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS services, and range from $25-45 USD.

*Please note that during holiday, pandemics, and some elections, there can be longer than usual delivery times in the USPS delivery network and delays may occur.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping! Mooscellaneous is unable to guarantee express shipping due to the impact of Covid-19.

MY ORDER HASN'T SHIPPED YET, CAN YOU HELP ME?

Team Moose is small, but dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. If you ordered a print, and did not receive it within the predetermined time, please send an email to support@mooscellaneous.com.

Please note, we also use third party printers for our clothing and bags. They may take an additional 6-7 days to dispatch orders when experiencing high demand. 

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

THE POST OFFICE IS TAKING A LONG TIME, WHERE IS MY ORDER?

The world continues to be impacted by COVID-19 and subsequent shipping delays are occurring. We unfortunately have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered. All we can do for you is to restate the information provided by the tracking information you were provided when your order is fulfilled. We are continually on the lookout for the best and most reliable shipping to offer our collectors.

DUTIES & TAXES

The studio is operated in Stephenville, Texas and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and merchandise.

​

It is your responsibility to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).

​

Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.

​

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

We are unable to ship your artwork again for free if your parcel was uncollected from your local post office, the address was incorrect or customs and import duties were not paid.

 

The cost to reship unclaimed artwork varies between countries, but you can expect anywhere from $10-$300 USD depending on your location, and type of item being shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

If there is an issue with your order, we’ve got your back! If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - we will do everything we can to make it right. Please reach out via support@mooscellaneous.com so we can find a solution together.

 

LIABILITY

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers.

As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is only due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information. Every print is inspected before clearing for shipment and only pristine purchased reproductions are packaged for you to enjoy.

It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the provided product information before purchase.

RETURN POLICY

We are confident that you will love your new artwork and are committed to offering the highest quality fine art products for you to enjoy! Below are our policies on returns for each product. We honor a 14 day return policy on eligible products. We do our best to offer color accurate photography of the artwork, but some calibrations may vary between devices. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

 

Fine Art Prints (eligibility varies): Due to strict quality control and sanitary standards most cannot be re-sold upon return. Only if the prints are unhandled and in their original packaging, will they be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

 

Originals (not eligible): All original purchases are final; as they come with a special, personalized gift just for you and Shayla personally pays a generous amount to ship them directly to your door via courier.

​

Clothing & Bags (not eligible): These items are custom printed and made just for you, they are not warehoused! Items are unfortunately not returnable due to change of mind, sizing issues, and any other instance not related to manufacturer/construction error. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts.

REFUNDS

Shipping fees on any and all returned items within the “good faith” clause are not covered by the studio. Only faulty merchandise or products not covered under consumer guarantee will return shipment be paid by the studio.

​

GOOD FAITH CLAUSE

A good faith clause in an agreement provides that the parties will abide by the agreement, but if they cannot, they will act in good faith to resolve the concern through mutual agreement and co-operation. 

​

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases
